Michael Marchetti

Michael Marchetti has over 15 years of experience in higher education. He has served as director of both graduate and undergraduate admissions teams at accredited universities in the northeast and has had leadership roles on enrollment services teams where he was responsible for systems implementations, course scheduling and business process analysis. That experience combined with his pioneering approach to the use of technology in enrollment services and communications will help your institution develop effective enrollment marketing and communication strategies.

Laura M. Zuppo

Laura Zuppo earned a B.A. in sociology from Cedar Crest College, her M.S. in Higher Education Administration, with a concentration in Strategic Enrollment Management, from Drexel University and her M.B.A., with a concentration in Human Resource Management, from Keller Graduate School of Management. Laura has most recently served as the Assistant Dean of Strategic Enrollment Management at Stetson University College of Law where she worked for 17 years. Earlier in her career, Laura worked in admissions at a for-profit institution where she focused on graduate enrollment. She has been active in an array of professional organizations and has been a frequent presenter at national conferences on admissions, recruiting and communication practices, management, financial aid and loan forgiveness, and recruiting veteran students. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Leadership St. Petersburg Alumni Association.

Kavita Mittapalli, Ph.D.

Kavita has a deep and varied educational background that is routinely called upon to support a diverse array of not-for-profit, for-profit; state and higher education agencies and institutions in their efforts to enhance student learning and program development. In service to these efforts, Kavita has conducted multiple qualitative (ethnographic) and quantitative analytic (statistical) studies. At Enrollment by Design she facilitates program/curricular assessments efforts, conducts effectiveness studies, supports grant development efforts and undertakes applied research to enhance curriculum and student success program efforts at our client sites. Kavita routinely presents nationally and has contributed to five books and over 108 technical reports, 25 research findings-summaries and numerous publications in various peer- reviewed journals.

Blake English

Blake has 3+ years of professional digital graphic design experience. His expertise in digital and interactive design has been extremely useful in the visual campaigns he has worked on throughout his career.
Projects include everything from videos and websites to printed materials, Powerpoints and interactive digital pieces. Including augmented reality, creating interactive campaigns featuring virtual reality. He has extensive experience in web design, animation, videography and digital design.

Tyler Morse, M.Sc.

Tyler has over 6 years of experience in higher education and 4 years in international non-profit consulting. He has worked with African grassroots NGOs in Ghana and Kenya developing standardized business practices, systems and outreach efforts. He has also served in the Peace Corps where he created sustainable horticultural and educational programs. His undergraduate academic training is in digital design and psychology. He also has an M.Sc. in International Economics and Consulting from Northeastern University. Tyler is currently assisting in the development of an academic department’s instructional and R&D budgeting using IBM Cognos and SAPgui at M.I.T.
